The Taigi Video is currently distributed by the Ki Society HQ in Japan (Ki no Sato/Ki no Kenkyukai So-Hombu, 3515 O-aza Akabane, Ichikai-machi, Haga-gun,Tochigi-ken, Japan). For further information, please contact the HQ directly at the above address, or c/o: Ki Society HQ (Ki no Sato) TEL: (+81) 285-68-4000 FAX: (+81) 285-68-4004 It is sold actually as part of a 10 video set, 3 of which contain all 29 of the Taigi, and one of which contains an old black and white film which is dated but very comprehensive, with great footage of Tohei Sensei), as well as the 5th-kyu arts. The other 6 videos in the set contain Ki lectures by Tohei Sensei (in Japanese), and cover other topics related to Ki training, Kiatsu, and the Oneness Rhythm Taiso (redone with new music). This set of 10 videos is known as SODEN-Part I (Ten). SODEN Parts II and III are to follow soon (SODEN Chi and Jin), which will cover Ki testing, the other Aikido arts up to Shodan, and other topics. The SODEN package (Part I) is sold only as a set (you cannot order the Taigi videos separately). They are in the VHS-format (not PAL), which should be OK for the United States, but probably not for Europe and parts of Asia, unless converted), and apparently the videos are copy-protected. The price for the set (Part I) is 100,000 yen, which translates to about US$1,000, depending on the exchange rate. If you want to order a set, please contact the Ki Society HQ in Japan (please note the time zone difference). Ms. Morishima at that office speaks English, and can explain how to order and how to send money (note: banks may charge commissions to cash checks in Japan): You might also try contacting your local Ki Federation HQ in your home country (some addresses are available on this Homepage). http://www.mit.edu:8001/afs/athena.mit.edu/user/r/e/rei/WWW/Kidir/Kihome.html or via the other main MIT server (if one is down, try the other): http://web.mit.edu/rei/WWW/Kidir/Kihome.html
