The Vancouver Ki Society has been operating since 1985 as a non profit organization dedicated to the study of universal Ki Principles and Shin Shin Toitso Aikido (Aikido with Mind and Body Co-ordinated), as taught by the founder, Master Koichi Toihei Sensei.

The Vancouver Ki Society is part of the Northwest Ki Federation, which is headquartered in Portland, Oregon and headed by Calvin Tabata Sensei.

 Adult/Teen Ki Class 18:30 to 19:30
 Adult/Teen Ki Aikido 19:30 to 20:30
 
 Wednesday:
 
 Intermediate Children (7 to 11) 18:30 to 19:30
 Adult Ki Class 19:30 to 20:30
 Adult Ki Aikido 20:30 to 21:30
 
 Thursday:
 
 Teen Ki Aikido 19:30 to 21:00
 
 Sunday:
 
 Beginner Children (4 to 6) 09:00 to 10:00
 Intermediate Children (7 to 11) 10:00 to 11:00
 Adult Ki Class 11:30 to 12:30
 Adult Ki Aikido 12:30 to 13:30

Generally, the first hour is a Ki Class, which uses static exercises and simple movements to teach co-ordination of Mind and Body. The second hour is dynamic training applying Ki Principles to Aikido.
